Ah, a perfect crisp -- and I'm the one who doesn't much like sweets:
Line a pan of appropriate size with fruit of choice: frozen or fresh
Mix the following in proportion to your pan, this is for a 13x9 layer of fruit
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nuts of choice
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cold butter
Pulse in food processor (adjusting ingredients to taste). Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 350 until brown and crumbly. Serve with ice cream. Enjoy!
